## Ordering, Pickup & Delivery — FAQ

**How do I place an order?**
Browse and select products on the website, add to cart, then choose Pick-up or Delivery at checkout. Payment: debit or cash in-store; ACH for online same-day delivery orders. A valid ID confirming age 21+ is required.

**Is there a minimum for online orders?**
No minimum for pick-up. Delivery has a minimum purchase amount that depends on the delivery address.

**Can I cancel or edit an order after placing it?**
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched — contact Highlife Health with the order number and full name, by phone during business hours or by email at info@highlifehealth.com.

**Can I order by phone, SMS, or chat?**
Not under normal circumstances — online ordering is standard, with phone/SMS used only for exceptions.

**Do I need an account to order?**
Yes. Create one online, or call/text your info and staff will set it up for you.

**How do I create an account?**
Click the person icon (top right of the site) → "Sign in or Create account" → enter email, first/last name, date of birth → "Create Account" → verify with phone number.

**How do I update account info or reset my password?**
Password changes are done on the site. Use "Forgot Your Password?" on the sign-in screen to reset via emailed link. Profile photos can be uploaded to help delivery drivers identify the recipient.

**Where can I see my order history?**
Logged-in account → click your name (top right) → "History."

**What's the cost of delivery?**
Delivery is complimentary as long as the order meets the minimum for that address.

**Delivery hours?**
Monday-Saturday 12:00 PM-8:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM-5:00 PM. Orders placed before 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat) or before 3:00 PM (Sun) are typically delivered same day.

**What if I'm not home for delivery?**
Choose a delivery window at checkout. Another adult 21+ at the same address can accept delivery with valid ID. Special instructions can be added at checkout or by calling the store. If no one is available, the order returns to the store — call (914) 500-0010 to arrange redelivery.

**Average delivery time?**
Highlife Health aims to complete deliveries within an hour of the selected time window.

A government-issued ID matching the delivery order name is required per state regulation. Payment is via AeroPay (bank-to-bank transfer) for delivery orders — bank details are saved securely after first use.

**How can I pay online?**
Bank-to-bank transfer (AeroPay) for online orders; cash is accepted only for in-store pick-up.

**Are taxes included in listed prices?**
No — taxes are added at checkout.

**Can I return an opened product?**
Products can be returned if defective, incorrectly packaged, damaged in transit, or subject to recall. NYS Office of Cannabis Management does not otherwise permit exchanges — all other sales are final, though exceptions have been made case-by-case.

**Refund processing?**
Refunds are issued via the original payment method; timing depends on the reason for the refund.

## New York Cannabis Law & Education

**Legal age:** 21 years or older to purchase or use cannabis in New York State.

**ID requirements:** A Primary ID (government-issued photo ID with name, DOB, and signature — e.g., driver's license, passport) plus a Secondary ID (name plus signature or photo — e.g., school ID, bank card, credit card, birth certificate) are required to verify age.

**Possession limits:** Up to 84 grams of cannabis flower and 24 grams of concentrates may be legally carried at once in New York State — the same limits apply while traveling within state borders (car, train, plane), provided cannabis is not consumed en route and does not cross international or state borders.

**Where you can consume:** Follow building bylaws in residential buildings; otherwise no restriction on private-space use. In public, follow the same rules as tobacco smoking and avoid areas where children gather; check local city bylaws for specifics.

**Minor cannabinoids** (informational only — consult a medical professional):
- CBN (Cannabinol): studied for sedative effects, may help with sleep
- CBG (Cannabigerol): non-intoxicating; studied for temporary reduction of chronic pain
- THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin): non-intoxicating; studied for reducing chronic pain
- CBC (Cannabichromene): non-psychoactive; believed effective for stress/anxiety with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties
